Dear all - our u3a Chair Yoga is now being held at Thoulstone Park, Chapmanslade, BA13 4AQ. Our fully trained instructor, Yara, has designed the programme to suit older adults who may have various difficulties & beginners are always welcome. The cost per class is £8.00 each. PS It's not all chair work, we do stand & walk, but we don't do floor work so you won't need a mat.
