Hopefully these will answer any queries you might have. can, by showing their valid membership card(s), join the Westbury & District u3a at a reduced rate.

NEW MEMBER APPLICATION
NB: this is the form for the initial application to join the Westbury & District u3a for Individual Membership, Joint Membership, and Associated Membership. If you are a UK taxpayer, please consider completing the Charity Gift Aid Declaration form, as we can
then claim back 25% of your membership fee.
1. Print a copy of the Membership Application Form, using either the MS Word version or .pdf version,. Also print a copy of the Charity Gift Aid Declaration Form if applicable, using either the MS Word version or the .pdf version. If you are unable to print a copy of these forms, please contact the Membership Secretary who will arrange for a copy to be sent to you.
2. Complete and sign the form.
3. Select your method of payment - either via bank transfer or cheque. The account number for payment via bank transfer is on the application form. The Westbury & District u3a cannot accept cash payments
4. Return the completed form:
~ if paying by cheque, either by post to the Membership Secretary at the address shown on the form, or delivered by hand to the Membership Secretary at the next monthly meeting.
~ if paying by bank transfer, either by email to the Membership Secretary using the email address shown on the form, by post to the Membership Secretary at the address shown on the form, or delivered by hand to the Membership Secretary at the next monthly meeting.

EXISTING MEMBER SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
NB: this is the form for the annual renewal of membership of the Westbury & District u3a for Individual Membership, Joint Membership, and Associated Membership. Existing members only need to complete this form is there is a change of details. If you are a UK taxpayer, please consider completing the Charity Gift Aid Declaration form, as we can then claim back 25% of your membership fee.
